I am Tonia Murray. My passion is making historical costumes. I indulge in this passion every chance I get. To me, there is no greater thrill than dressing up, or dressing up others. My family tolerates it for “special events”, but I think I would have a mutiny on my hands if I tried to dress up every day.
However, I am lucky to have a partner in crime, my loving and enabling sister, Angela. Together, we have set out to educate the masses on the joys of costuming. We do this by means of “fancy dress” picnics, Ladies tea parties and costume balls. And, by means of the interwebs. We do draw a lot of attention in the real world while in costume, but we also plan to draw a lot of attention in the virtual world, as well. We will posts lots of pictures to capture the imagination, and articles and stories to capture the attention. So, we look forward to seeing you more often. And, don’t be shy!
