Tonia – Highly Recommended
Truly Victorian has delivered another nice pattern. It is simplicistic in its design and construction, but comes out looking gorgeous. The pattern pieces are clearly marked, and the instructions are clear and precise. I chose not to add any trim to my overskirt, as the fabric is striped, and it showcases the pleats on my underskirt very well. I was able to make this in just an afternoon.
